Vinfen is seeking a dedicated professional to implement clinical programs, develop individual plans, and support community integration for persons served. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure crisis intervention and skill development objectives are met.

The role emphasizes advocacy, documentation, and collaboration, with responsibilities spanning assessment, planning, and staff training as part of a supportive care environment.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, lift at least 25 pounds, and assist clients with daily living tasks
• Ability to operate a computer, calculator, copier, and printer
• Ability to communicate with clients, staff, and external representatives
• CPR within 2 weeks of hire
• First Aid within 2 weeks of hire
• New Employee Training (NET)
• Safety Care within 90 days of hire
