Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred; experience may substitute for education.
• 1-2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff including Program Instructors, interns, volunteers, and relief staff.
• Develop persons served DHSPs and safety assessments with input from therapists.
• Provide advocacy and promote independence and self-expression for persons served.
• Attend consultation meetings with clinical staff and collaborate across disciplines.
• Document data, monitor progress, and prepare monthly reviews.
