Chief Seattle Club in Seattle, WA is seeking a Day Center Manager to oversee member services and supervise the Member Services Coordinators and Front Desk Coordinators. The role emphasizes safety, wellness, and professional conduct.

The position requires strong communication and leadership, experience with at-risk populations, and a valid WA driver’s license. Schedule is Monday–Friday with some flexibility for program needs.

Formación

• BA or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in a nonprofit social service setting.
• Excellent typing, verbal, written and communication skills.
• Experience working with homeless and/or low-income populations.
• Experience working with Native American populations and/or strong awareness of Native culture.
• Must possess a valid WA state driver’s license and a 3-year clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee CSC programs: Member Services and Partner Agency Services.
• Coordinate monthly Partner meetings with Partner Agencies.
• Ensure duties of Member Service Coordinators and Front Desk Coordinators are fulfilled.
• Attend weekly department meetings to ensure programs run properly.
• Assist with interviewing new members and approve member applications.
• Collaborate with Development Manager on donation campaigns (clothing, Amazon wish lists).
• Create and maintain monthly statistics reports for Board Reports.
• Assist Operations Director with program and budget information as needed.
• Coordinate and plan yearly program activities and cultural events for the Club.
• Collaborate with Kitchen department on cultural events.
• Interact with all employees and build trust, communicating effectively and solving problems with integrity.
• Assume additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
