Responsibilities

• Ensure walk‑in customer satisfaction, including but not limited to:
  • Sales order entry for point‑of‑sale orders
  • Handling customer requests for merchandise return credits, account balance information, and account payments
  • Pick, pack, invoice and load customer orders
  • Payment processing (cash, check, credit card)
  • Receptionist duties at the front lobby workstation involving face‑to‑face customer service
  • Assisting with filing sales invoices
  • Assisting with outbound telemarketing functions
  • Assist with next‑day delivery orders (sales order entry, merchandise credit pickup requests, data input of returns)
  • Any other duties as assigned by management
