Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a friendly retail associate to create a welcoming customer experience and support efficient checkout transactions.

You will process purchases, returns, promotional offers, and ship-to-home orders using the POS system while maintaining accurate sales data and customer profiles. Help uphold store standards, assist with merchandising, and collaborate with the team to deliver great service.

Qualifications

• Maintain customer profiles and accurate sales data, and escalated concerns to management.
• Keep the cash wrap and queue area clean, support visual merchandising, and assist with store operations.
• Complete required training and collaborate with the team to maintain company standards.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and occasional overnight shifts.
