JobSquad Solutions is seeking a Day and Night Shift Maintenance Tech to join our Boise, ID team. The role focuses on hands-on mechanical work with some electrical tasks in a food manufacturing/co-packaging setting.

Shifts run 12 hours with a 2-2-3 schedule, including every other weekend. The job requires a 2-year trades degree or equivalent maintenance experience, and English proficiency; refrigeration experience is a plus.

Competenze

• 2-year trades degree or 4 years of plant maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient English reading, writing and speaking; bilingual a plus.
• Strong communication with sanitation manager and line staff.
• Attention to detail and legible data entry.
• Welding and fabrication, 3-phase electrical knowledge, AC/DC drives troubleshooting.

Mansioni

• Perform 90% mechanical and 10% electrical maintenance tasks.
• Maintain operations in a food manufacturing/co-packaging environment.
• Refrigeration maintenance experience is a bonus.
• Follow safety policies and GMPs at all times.

The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Day and Night Shift Maintenance Tech to work at a company located in the Boise, ID area!Job Title: Day and Night Shift Maintenance TechJob Location: Boise, IDSalary: $30 to $40 depending on experienceDay Shift: 6:00 am – 6:30 pmNight Shift: 6:00 pm – 6:30 amand it will be a 2-2-3 schedule where employees will work every other weekend.**Job Duties and Responsibilities:1. 90% mechanical and 10% electrical. Looking for a mechanic/technician2. Must be from food manufacturing - co-packaging industry3. Refrigeration experience – a bonus4. Conduct maintenance according to skill level and pursuant to safety policies and procedures.5. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.6. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make-adjustments.7. Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those unusual situations to the facility maintenance manager.8. Utilizing Microsoft Office, order and schedule parts as well as jobs.9. Perform work in a safe manner and use Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) at all times.10. Perform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:1. Has completed or is working on a 2-year trades degree and/or 4 years of plant maintenance experience.2. High school diploma or equivalent.3. Must be 18 years of age.4. Able to read, write and speak English. Bilingual capabilities are a plus.5. Able to communicate and take direction from Sanitation Manager and communicate effectively with line workers, Leads, Supervisors and Plant Manager.6. Attention to detail.7. Legible record-keeping and data entry skills.8. Must be highly motivated, flexible and have creative problem-solving abilities.9. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.10.
