Job summary

Michaels Westwood store is seeking a Retail Team Member to assist customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will help with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock shelves while promoting our rewards and private label programs.

Responsibilities include supporting BOPIS/SFS processes, adhering to SOPs, and delivering strong guest service in a climate-controlled public retail environment. Some shifts may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards and other benefits.
• Assist with omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions, and support shrink and safety programs.
