Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Highland, IN is seeking a customer-focused Store Team Member. You will help customers find products, handle checkout, and promote rewards programs while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, participating in BOPIS/SFS, and supporting safety programs. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain store merchandising and in-stock levels; complete merchandise recovery and return processes.
