Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms.
• Promote Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloads and store recovery to keep shelves in stock and well-merchandised.
