The Michaels Companies is seeking an Early Morning Service Team Member in Baltimore. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure fast checkout while assisting with unloading trucks and stocking merchandise.

The role involves planogram maintenance, store recovery, and participation in BOPIS/SFS processes. Expect part-time hours, standing for long periods, and evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Execute cash handling and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Unload trucks and stock shelves, maintain planograms and store recovery standards.
• Support omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in in-store events and promotions and help enroll customers into rewards programs.
