Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking an Early Morning Seasonal Team Member in San Antonio, TX. This part-time role focuses on friendly customer service, helping customers find products, and delivering a fast checkout experience while supporting stock and merchandise tasks throughout the store.

You will engage customers with information on rewards programs and participate in omnichannel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking; maintain in-store merchandising and planograms.
• Support omnichannel processes (Buy Online Pickup In Store, Ship From Store).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock environment.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
• Interact with customers and teammates in a respectful, positive manner; model Michaels values.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
