Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member for early-morning shifts in New Braunfels, TX. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You’ll participate in truck unloading, stocking, SISO, AD sets, and store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. The role emphasizes customer engagement, participation in omnichannel processes, and adherence to SOPs while promoting Michaels’ brand promises.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Assist with truck unload, stocking and planogram maintenance
• Perform in-store recovery, keep shelves in-stock and well-merchandised
• Support Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) as needed
• Assist with shrink and safety programs and SOP adherence
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
