Job summary

Hoffman Construction is seeking a Federal Wage Compliance Coordinator to support certified payroll review and contractor compliance across multiple contracts. This onsite role near Boise, ID focuses on enrollment, record maintenance, and Davis-Bacon Act compliance.

The position offers a salary range of $55,000–$65,000 DOE plus incentives, with opportunities for professional growth within a national, employee-owned builder. Compliance documentation and audit readiness are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years of administrative, compliance, or coordination experience
• Experience reviewing documents and tracking compliance items
• Exposure to certified payroll or prevailing wage requirements is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative systems

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollment, setup, and ongoing maintenance of certified payroll systems and compliance platforms.
• Review subcontractor certified payroll reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
• Track and monitor submission status, deficiencies, and compliance issues across multiple contracts.
• Maintain and organize compliance documentation, including payroll reports, contractor records, and contract files.
• Communicate with subcontractors to request corrections, missing information, and required documentation.
