i3, Integration Innovation, Inc., based in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Datalinks Engineer to support the PM UAS Technical Management Division. The role provides technical oversight for UAS datalink system development, integration, qualification, and sustainment, including RF hardware, comms protocols, software, waveforms, and EW-hardening techniques.

The successful candidate will engage with senior engineers and government partners, coordinate with labs and allied offices, and help shape policy

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• On-site full-time with limited telework eligibility; travel up to 25%.
• U.S. citizenship.

Mansioni

• Develop and coordinate a UAS datalink strategy aligned with office objectives.
• Provide SME input to Chief Engineer, UAS Product Offices, PM UAS leadership.
• Oversee datalink system development, integration, qualification, and sustainment.
• Assess RF systems, encodings, and EMI/EMV/EW-hardening considerations.
• Coordinate with laboratories and development organizations (OSW, NSA, NATO).
