Job summary

Resource Logistics Inc. is seeking a datacenter hardware technician to install, rack, and deploy server and networking hardware in datacenter environments.

You will manage cables, perform tray swaps, and support 24/7 operations under aggressive SLAs. You will document maintenance actions and inventory in tracking systems, conduct basic diagnostics, and collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure reliable connectivity and uptime.

Responsibilities

• Install, rack, and deploy server and networking hardware in datacenter environments.
• Perform cable management tasks including reseating, labeling, and replacing network, power, and fiber/copper cabling.
• Execute server tray swaps and hardware replacements following established operational procedures.
• Respond to incidents and support onsite troubleshooting while maintaining aggressive SLA requirements.
• Document maintenance activities, hardware changes, and inventory updates accurately in tracking systems.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic diagnostics to identifypotential hardware or connectivity issues.
• Work within rotating shifts or hold on-call responsibilities to support 24/7 operations.
• Maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with customers, vendors, partner teams, and internal stakeholders.
