Job summary

  • Willingness to work in shifts for 24×7 coverage.
  • Assist vendors or engineers with secure access to the datacenter.
  • Maintain accurate records of hardware changes and asset tags.
  • Rack and stack servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
  • Connect/disconnect power and network cables.
  • Replace faulty hardware components (disks, memory, power supplies)
  • cable management and labeling for compliance.
  • network patching and port verification.
  • power cycling and rebooting devices as instructed.
  • routine health checks on hardware and environmental conditions.
  • Report any physical security or compliance violations immediately.
  • Coordinate with remote teams for emergency troubleshooting.
