Qualifications

• Requires at least four years of security industry experience, including four years in a management role.
• Associate degree in Security Management, Business Management, or related field; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage physical security operations across multiple facilities.
• Develop and mentor security personnel; oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Drive safety initiatives and zero-injury goals as a core operational priority.
• Plan, assign, and oversee security projects; monitor KPIs and support audits.
• Engage with clients and leadership; maintain stakeholder relationships across sites.
