Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Site Leader to provide world-class jobsite leadership for large, long-duration projects involving Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. The role serves as the on-site technical representative, coordinating with the Project Manager to drive cost controls, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary on-site team, speak to technical requirements at daily customer meetings, and support startup and site testing activities

Qualifications

• Experience leading large on-site teams on industrial construction or data-center projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with project managers, customers and subcontractors.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with Vertiv policies.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provide jobsite leadership for large, long-duration projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary on-site teams including technicians and subcontractors.
• Represent Vertiv in customer meetings and coordinate schedules.
• Oversee start-up and site testing activities.
• Provide daily status reports to management and sales.
• Ensure sufficient manpower and adherence to safety policies.
