Job summary

AMD's Partner Support Field Applications Engineering Organization seeks a candidate to support new product introductions and debugging for datacenter GPU/CPU platforms. You will perform at-scale debugging, reproduce issues onsite, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver data-driven solutions for OEM partners.

The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork, strong communication, and hands-on development of test environments to accelerate product validation across hardware and software

Responsibilities

• Reproducing complicated customer issues onsite at AMD.
• Working with internal engineering teams to debug and root cause issues.
• Developing, setting up & analyzing experiments to collect data for guiding debug activities.
• Setting up complicated test harnesses in software & hardware to collect low level debug logs.
• Developing scaffolding software to assist in debug activities internally & externally with customers.
• Package workloads & customer test cases for internal debug teams to reproduce issues.
• Drive internal debug activity by acting as issue coordinator when needed.
• Presenting to customers as trusted advisors to AMD's key OEM partner.
