Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full-time Project Controls Scheduler for data center projects in Lithia Springs, GA.

You will lead scheduling efforts, analyze project information, and develop detailed schedules with the project team and trade partners. You will monitor design deliverables, procurement, and construction schedules, provide status updates and forecasts, and produce impact reports on schedule changes and budgets.

Qualifications

• 3 years of electrical (industrial or commercial) construction scheduling and project management experience.
• Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to produce detailed schedules, and resource and cost loading.
• Thorough knowledge of construction disciplines.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Electrical field experience not required but preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
• Must pass pre-employment background and MVR checks where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Works as the Scheduling Lead on electrical data center projects, performing scheduling and reporting.
• Analyzes project information and prepares documents to ensure efficient planning and scheduling.
• Develops detailed schedules with the project team and trade partners.
• Responsible for input, analysis, and monitoring of design deliverables, procurement, and construction schedules.
• Oversee all project scheduling activities and provide status updates, forecasts, and reports.
• Review schedule updates and changes and produce impact reports on financial impact and delays.
• Perform work on the project site and coordinate with Project Team and Design Team.
