Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year in product development or hardware engineering.
• Experience with design reviews and manufacturing processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Materials, and Rack/Server teams across the product lifecycle.
• Lead Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews to optimize production.
• Develop and maintain project schedules for new product introductions.
• Lead and facilitate NPI processes with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate design reviews and provide engineering feedback.
• Oversee prototype builds and First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Manage ECO processes and production change orders.
• Validate assembly instructions and ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Ensure products meet quality and delivery targets during ramp.
