Job summary

ITCO Solutions, Inc. is seeking a DC Site Operations Lead to govern and optimize datacenter infrastructure across a growing portfolio. You will drive operational readiness, compliance, and reporting while partnering with engineering, facilities, and reliability teams.

The role requires 7+ years in enterprise datacenter operations, strong governance capabilities, and the ability to translate complex infrastructure challenges into actionable updates for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise datacenter, cloud, hyperscale, or high-density compute operations.
• Strong understanding of datacenter power/cooling, capacity planning, monitoring, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational visibility across datacenter infrastructure, including power, cooling, capacity, rack utilization, and space management.
• Define and report on operational KPIs to measure health, readiness, utilization, and performance.
• Lead production readiness and handoffs for new datacenter facilities.
• Coordinate across engineering, facilities, reliability, and operations teams.
• Manage escalations, dependencies, and issue resolution with stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, governance standards, and reporting practices.
