You will develop KPIs, drive capacity management, and ensure adherence to operational procedures before go-live, coordinating across multiple teams to enable scalable data center growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data center or large-scale infrastructure operations.
• Experience with DCIM platforms and asset management.
• Proven ability to build KPIs, reporting, and governance programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational visibility across data center power, cooling, capacity, rack utilization, monitoring, and space management.
• Develop and track KPIs measuring infrastructure health, readiness, utilization, and performance.
• Lead operational acceptance and production handoffs for new data center environments.
• Ensure monitoring, procedures, ownership, and capacity controls before go-live.
• Coordinate with engineering, facilities, infrastructure, SRE, and operations to resolve blockers.
• Maintain DCIM, asset management, and infrastructure reporting systems.
• Develop and improve SOPs, governance standards, and compliance controls.
• Identify operational risks and implement scalable processes for reliability.
