ECCO Select Corporation is seeking a Datacenter Site Operations Lead to oversee large-scale infrastructure and cloud operations. You will drive operational governance, production readiness, and infrastructure visibility, while ensuring compliance across datacenter environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 7+ years in enterprise datacenter, cloud infrastructure, or hyperscale environments.
• Strong knowledge of datacenter infrastructure components (power, cooling, rack utilization).
• Experience coordinating across engineering, facilities, operations, reliability, and infra teams.
• Proven ability to set and monitor operational KPIs and governance processes.

• Datacenter Operations & Infrastructure Management: oversee power, cooling, rack utilization, capacity, and operational health.
• Maintain visibility across datacenter infrastructure and lifecycle reporting.
• Establish and track operational KPIs and metrics for readiness, performance, and reliability.
• Lead production acceptance and handoff for new datacenter environments.
