Job summary

ArrowCore Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Datacenter Mechanical Engineer to own end-to-end mechanical systems for AI-optimized data centers. You will lead modular templates, manage external partners, and ensure designs meet high-density cooling and power requirements.

You will oversee construction administration, field problem-solving, and interface between internal teams and consultants, driving designs from concept to commissioning at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HVAC or process systems design for large-scale facilities.
• Experience with high-density data center cooling and immersion cooling is a plus.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE and SMACNA standards is preferred.
• Proficient in load calculations and BIM/CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end mechanical systems for AI-optimized data centers.
• Lead modular template designs for rapid multi-site deployment.
• Coordinate with external design partners and consultants.
• Oversee construction administration and site observations.
• Ensure interfaces between cooling, power, and IT layouts meet specs.
• Interface with internal teams and external vendors to ensure standards.
