Insight Global is seeking an Engineering Lab (Data Center) Technician on the System Products Team to support datacenter products. The role involves collaborating with an innovative team to build and develop AI-accelerated computing products, maintaining lab systems, and performing system-level testing with industry-leading AI applications.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certification or Associate or Bachelor's Degree in related field (or equivalent experience).
• Min 2+ years in an electronic or testing lab (silicon bring-up, board-level design/validation, or system design/validation).
• Experience with high power and liquid cooling in a data center.
• Fundamental knowledge of computing architectures and hardware/software debugging; strong board bring-up and customer support.
• Experience with Linux command line.
• Good attention to detail plus clear written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, build and install bench top development platforms and large datacenter server systems; perform assembly/disassembly and mechanical reworks.
• Run system tests; collect and report testing results; screen modules/boards for validation and debug.
• Connect oscilloscope probes to boards and collect signal waveform data.
• Maintain and organize lab equipment; support lab shipping, receiving, and inventory.
