Insight Global is seeking a hands-on hardware verification specialist to join a fast-paced lab environment focused on datacenter and computing hardware. You will assemble systems, run tests, and document results while supporting product development.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, high-power systems, and experience with Linux, schematic reading, and onboard validation to ensure robust hardware performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electronics, engineering, hardware testing, or validation lab.
• Experience with hardware bring-up, system validation, or debugging.
• Experience working with high-power systems or liquid cooling environments.
• Linux command line experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of computer hardware and system architecture.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and configure server and computing systems.
• Support hardware bring-up, testing, and validation efforts.
• Troubleshoot and debug hardware and software issues.
• Run system-level tests and document results.
• Collect signal and performance data using lab equipment.
• Perform mechanical rework and system modifications.
• Support board-level testing and hardware validation.
• Maintain lab equipment, materials, and inventory.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and lab organization.
• Help improve lab processes and efficiency.
