Job summary

Compass Datacenters is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our finance team in Dallas. You will lead financial activities across datacenter development through construction, building robust models and reporting on cost trends.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage debt and cash forecasting, and deliver insights to drive project decisions. Strong communication and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience as Financial Analyst or Financial Consultant
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Fluent spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Finance lead on datacenter projects from Development through Construction completion
• Develop and support project financial models
• Analyze construction cost data for budgeting and GC selection
• Identify cost trends and anomalies using FP&A tools and report via Power BI
• Manage project debt, drawdowns, and cash forecasting
• Forecast and report on project performance across stakeholders
• Build relationships with Design and Delivery leads to enable alignment
