Job summary

Tract Capital Management, LP in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Manager/Site Controller to oversee financials for active data center construction sites. The role emphasizes cost governance, risk management, and cross-functional alignment with Construction, Procurement, Operations, and FP&A.

The successful candidate will build scalable financial frameworks, own budgeting, and manage Procore/ERP integrations while delivering monthly dashboards to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 6–10+ years in project finance, cost control, construction accounting, or infrastructure development.
• Deep knowledge of Procore Financials and strong ERP proficiency (NetSuite preferred).
• Experience with large-capex projects ($1B+ ideal).
• Strong modeling, analytical reasoning, and financial operations skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of financial processes for Data Center construction cost/budget requests through Data Center operations.
• Build and maintain financials, including customer budgets, forecast updates, total cost of ownership, and monthly cash-flow projections.
• Establish financial guardrails and enforce compliance across stakeholders, including Design, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.
• Administer and optimize Procore financial modules (Budgets, Commitments, POs, contracts and payment workflows).
• Enable Procore/Financial ERP integration with flawless 3-way matching (Procore, NetSuite, vendor invoices).
• Provide and monitor variance reporting across Procore, NetSuite, and other systems.
