Job summary

Stream Data Centers in Dallas is seeking an FP&A professional to support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for multiple data center locations. You will partner with field finance, property accounting, and operations to drive accuracy and insight.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, finance, accounting, or a finance-supporting function.
• 1-3 years of experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience with Yardi, NetSuite, or other ERP platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including modeling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with contract payment terms.
• Strong attention to accuracy and completeness.
• High degree of comfort with P&L and Balance Sheet concepts.

Responsibilities

• Report monthly spending and forecast commitments against leasing, operating expenses, headcount budgets, and capital expenses.
• Review and approve AP/AR items and prepare aging reports for cash flow.
• Provide analyses on anomalies or changes and support planning cycles.
• Build, analyze, and audit capital draw reporting for JV partners and debt facilitators.
• Lead continuous improvement of monthly reporting for speed and accuracy.
