Job summary

i2G is seeking an Embedded Electronic Security Technician to support live data-center environments with maintenance and repair of electronic security devices and door hardware. You will work closely with client personnel, external vendors, and our team to ensure reliable operation.

The role requires independent work, detailed documentation, and timely ticket updates while maintaining high client satisfaction and safety standards in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems and integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute, track, and update ticket assignments.
• Maintain professional client interactions with clear communication.
• Coordinate with stakeholders involved with tickets.
• Read and understand specifications, drawings and controlling documents; maintain documentation.
• Log changes for accurate change management.
• Provide user training when improper operation is observed.
• Follow policies, procedures and standards in all work.
• Ensure repairs are tested with client and accepted before closing tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
