Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Embedded Electronic Security Technician to provide maintenance and repair of electronic security devices within multiple datacenters. Successful candidates will work independently or alongside client personnel and vendors, focusing on ensuring client satisfaction through effective repairs and ticket management.

The role demands strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities. A clean driving record and background check are essential. A company vehicle and gas card will be provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Clean criminal background.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Execute, track, and update ticket assignments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for ticket management.
• Ensure repairs are tested and accepted before closing tickets.
• Perform user training as required.
