Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent in Ellendale, ND to oversee large-scale construction projects from planning through closeout. You will lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets, and ensure safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in senior construction roles, OSHA 30, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor field staff and drive project milestones to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 30 and other relevant safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and coordination.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in commissioning and closeout processes.
• Ability to mentor and guide team members, promoting professional development and growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of large-scale construction projects from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee budget planning and management for all projects, ensuring that all financial targets are met.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to the highest safety standards and promote a positive safety culture within the team.
• Handle commissioning and closeout processes, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Mentor and guide superintendents, project engineers, and field staff, promoting professional development and growth within the team.
• Implement strategic planning and coordination to ensure that all projects run smoothly and efficiently.
• Regularly report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
