Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction for a North Dakota data center project. You will oversee planning, budgeting, safety, and scheduling to ensure the project meets design specifications while controlling costs.

Ideally you have 5+ years in data center construction, OSHA 30, and strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to manage diverse crews and stakeholders until project completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction superintendent, preferably in the data center sector.
• Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• OSHA 30 certification and field supervision experience.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, coordination, and safety focus.
• Experience with project management software and report generation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and schedule.
• Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient job site.
• Implement and enforce the company’s safety policies and OSHA compliance, promoting a culture of safety among crew members.
• Coordinate and schedule all construction activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Manage material coordination, ensuring materials arrive on time and are properly stored and accounted for.
• Monitor work quality, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications and expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including project progress reports, safety records, and quality control data.
• Utilize project management software and technology to track project progress and report data accurately.
• Handle any on-site issues or emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
