Job summary

Yates Construction Co. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for data center construction in Rockdale, TX. You will oversee all aspects of PM for projects of various sizes, acting as the client liaison and driving quality, schedule and cost performance from site to completion.

The role requires leading safety, managing subcontractors and field teams, tracking budgets, and coordinating with architects and inspectors to resolve issues and deliver within scope.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of commercial construction management experience.
• Experience managing medium to large datacenter projects ($100M+).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture on the project.
• Control costs and maintain profitability.
• Manage field construction activity and project support.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and productivity.
• Review cost reports and analyze cost-saving opportunities.
• Determine labor requirements and coordinate with management.
• Conduct regular project inspections and address safety.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to keep work within scope.
• Administer project policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with architects, inspectors, and owner reps to resolve issues.
• Lead meetings to review progress and plan next steps.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and procurement.
• Oversee Quality Control.
