Job summary

Yates Construction seeks a Project Manager for a Data Center project in Vernon, TX, with travel to multiple sites. You will lead safety programs, coordinate subs, manage QA/QC, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role requires an undergraduate degree in CM/Engineering, 5+ years of PM experience on large trades, and proficiency with Primavera, MS Project, Excel, and Word. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or higher preferred in CM/Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years construction management experience.
• Experience managing trades valued at $50MM; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program for the project and ensure compliance.
• Ensure subs, vendors, and materials support schedule and scope.
• Oversee QA/QC and project quality per Yates standards.
• Prepare and communicate daily progress reports to stakeholders.
• Lead preconstruction meetings and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain site logistics and scopes of work for subs.
• Manage permits, scheduling, and project close-out processes.
• Represent site in owners' meetings and coordinate with General Superintendent.
