Job summary

Blue Orange Digital is seeking a senior Databricks-focused Solutions Architect who can own Databricks at the engagement level—from discovery through to production handoff. You will architect Lakehouse solutions, lead multi-person delivery teams, and manage the Databricks relationship with both clients and partner executives.

The role combines technical depth with strategic pre-sales and partner collaboration, reporting to the Head of Delivery.

Qualifications

Eight or more years in data engineering, data architecture, or platform engineering.
Solutions Architect level depth on the Databricks platform and production experience.
Delivery track record on enterprise engagements, including large-scale migrations to Databricks.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery on Databricks opportunities with client engineering and data leadership.
Own the technical content in proposals and SOWs, including architecture diagrams and estimates.
Act as lead architect on large Databricks engagements through production handoff.
Build and maintain the co-sell motion with Databricks and partner teams.
