Job summary

Sogeti is seeking a delivery-focused senior professional to lead end-to-end Azure Databricks and data platform modernization initiatives in Bridgewater, MA. You will partner with architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define objectives and roadmaps, while driving governance across multiple workstreams.

The role requires 6+ years of delivery experience, strong data engineering knowledge, and the ability to work onsite three days per week.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project or delivery management experience leading enterprise data/analytics initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud architectures, and AI/ML solution delivery.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
• Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week.

Job description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Azure Databricks, data engineering, analytics, and AI initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while delivering measurable business value.
• Partner with solution architects, data engineers, data scientists, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors to define project objectives, success criteria, delivery roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Drive planning, execution, and governance of complex data platform modernization projects, including data migration, data warehousing, real-time analytics, machine learning, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical and business domains, ensuring alignment on priorities, dependencies, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and actionable decisions.

What you will bring:

• 6+ years of project or delivery management experience leading enterprise data, analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud architectures, and AI/ML solution delivery.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams.
• Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
