About the job: We are seeking an experienced AWS Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of an AWS-based Voice AI scheduling solution. This role involves defining architecture, ensuring technical health, and guiding development teams through the initial release phase and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and build the functional system and technical components.
• Provide overall technical oversight and ensure solution delivery meets integration prerequisites.
• Act as escalation point for technical issues and maintain project’s technical health.
• Manage day-to-day technical tasks and ensure project schedule adherence.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AWS solutions.
• Oversee solution/code inspections and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AWS Technical Architect in enterprise-scale projects.
• Expertise in AWS services including: Amazon Connect, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lex, Polly, API Gateway, EventBridge, VPC, VPC Endpoints
• Strong knowledge of HashiCorp Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Ability to manage integration points and long-range technology strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide developers and stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
