Job summary
Synechron is seeking a Data and AI Partnerships Lead in NYC (hybrid) to drive the Databricks partnership and expand a growing data and AI ecosystem. You will engage alliance and field teams, pursue joint GTM initiatives, and help build Databricks-enabled solutions for financial services clients.
In this role, you will counsel leadership on strategic opportunities, cultivate executive relationships, and advance the ecosystem with additional partners like Snowflake, Anthropic, and OpenAI.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of Databricks platform and partner model.
- Understanding of data platforms, lakehouse, ML workloads.
- Existing relationships in Databricks partner ecosystem.
- Excellent executive communication and relationship-building.
- Based in New York area preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth of Databricks partnership.
- Build relationships with alliance and field teams.
- Pursue joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop Databricks-enabled solutions and accelerators.
- Sell Databricks to existing Synechron accounts.
- Create co-sell motion with Databricks teams.
- Leverage broader Databricks ecosystem for offerings.
