Qualifications

• Experience across .NET, C#, and AWS environments.
• Knowledge of backend software engineering with a language-agnostic mindset.
• Experience building scalable backend tools and automating processes.
• Strong grasp of system observability and performance tuning.
• Collaborative mindset with mentoring peers.

Responsibilities

• Split time roughly 50% software engineering and 50% database reliability.
• Build internal tooling to improve fleet management and database platform efficiency.
• Keep the platform healthy, resilient, and performant; monitor performance and observability.
• Investigate production issues before they affect users.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to scale backend systems and adopt AI-driven workflows.
