Qualifications
- 5+ years of reliability engineering management experience.
- 7+ years of software engineering, site reliability engineering, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- Strong technical depth in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience leading high-severity incident response and improving incident management practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team focused on incident management, observability, operational readiness, and reliability engineering.
- Translate reliability strategy into plans with clear ownership and milestones.
- Drive measurable reliability improvements and risk reduction across services.
- Collaborate with product, platform, and security teams to embed reliability into workflows.
