Job summary

Winnavegas Casino Resort is seeking a Database Marketing Supervisor who will execute and oversee all aspects of the Direct Mail program, including campaign strategy and analysis. You will be responsible for developing and refining database marketing strategies, focusing on optimizing marketing ROI through detailed analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and preferably a Bachelor’s degree, along with strong analytical and presentation skills. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes smoky environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing all components of the Direct Mail program.
• Develop and monitor marketing segmentation strategies with attention to ROI.
• Conduct direct marketing analytics including response modeling and player profiling.
