Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on development experience with customer empathy.
• Experience with relational databases, data warehouses, and data Lakes.
• Familiarity with database connectors and integration platforms is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose issues, reproduce bugs, and craft clear technical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Customer Support Technical Troubleshooting
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for database-related customer issues via email, tickets, and video calls.
• Triage and prioritize incoming issues while meeting SLA targets and leveraging AI tools to resolve faster.
• Investigate issues across relational databases, data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud object storage to drive real fixes with Engineering.
• Reproduce customer-reported bugs by inspecting logs, plans, and state; document findings for Engineering to act on.
• Assist customers through onboarding and troubleshooting for SSH tunnels, network config, and database permissions.
