The position may also coordinate activities across other IT teams, such as operations, technical support, and database administration.

  • Translate user and business requirements into technical database specifications and implement them in database code.
  • Develop, test, and deploy application solutions that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, packages, and PL/SQL routines.
  • Support development teams by assisting with database design, data modeling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with complex data models, relational structures, and object‑relational mapping to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Diagnose and tune SQL performance issues, ensuring high availability and efficient system operation.
Required Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of hands‑on database development experience across Oracle and SQL Server environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (11g and 12c)
  • Full understanding of relational database modeling and database application architecture.
  • Experience writing and maintaining packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
