The Database and Development Lead (Lead) is a member of the national All Stars Project (ASP) development team, supporting fundraising operations and database administration for this successful, privately funded organization. Working with the database and fundraising operations team, the Lead will support day-to-day donor administration, including producing donor acknowledgments and processing gifts. The Lead will also coordinate and support the operational/database needs of fundraising events in all markets. As a core member of the development team, the Lead aids in meeting ASP's fundraising goals by supporting the administrative needs of the national team led by the Chief Development Officer.
The Database and Development Lead reports to the Assistant Director of Data Management and works closely with fellow members of the database and fundraising operations team. The position is hybrid and requires in-person attendance in the ASP NY regional office(s).
