Job summary

Concorde, Inc. is seeking an experienced Database Administrator to manage and optimize data infrastructure across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will oversee SQL Server clusters and MongoDB, including containerized deployments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

The role requires collaboration with developers and system engineers, with a focus on backup, DR planning, and ITIL-aligned change management. EST business hours apply.

Qualifications

• Experience managing SQL Server clusters and MongoDB in on-prem and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL change management and DR/BCP planning.
• Knowledge of data security, HIPAA/PII compliance, and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize on-prem SQL Server clusters and MongoDB databases (including containers).
• Manage cloud databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS, MongoDB Atlas).
• Implement backup/recovery and DR/BCP strategies with Veeam-based backups.
