Job summary

Blattner is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to architect and optimize data warehouse solutions, enabling BI and analytics initiatives across the business. You will design ETL/ELT processes, ensure data integrity and performance, and deliver dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.

The role acts as a technical SME for data and analytics, collaborating with IT peers and business partners to meet operational needs and mitigate risk. Strong SQL skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technology area (CS, MIS or Analytics).
5–8 years of database development focused on data warehouse design and optimization.
Proficiency in ETL/ELT workflows, data cleansing and loading strategies.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for MS SQL and Azure Data Factory.
Analyze requirements, source data and data models to drive extraction, transformation and loading.
Develop reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Provide technical guidance and support across BI and analytics initiatives.
