Blattner Company is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Hybrid) to design, implement and optimize data warehouse solutions that support BI initiatives. You will work with MS SQL, Azure Data Factory, and BI tools to drive data-driven decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology area; CS/MIS/Analytics preferred.
• 5-8 years of database development experience focusing on data warehouse design and optimization.
• Proficiency in designing ETL workflows: cleansing, transforming and loading data.
• Experience with data dictionaries, data analysis and relational databases.
• Strong SQL optimization skills and ability to interpret execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimize data warehouse solutions for BI and analytics.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes using MS SQL and Azure Data Factory.
• Build custom reports and dashboards with Power BI/Tableau for business insights.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to ensure data quality, integrity and performance.
