Job summary
Blattner Company is seeking a Principal Data Analyst to lead enterprise-wide analytics, champion reporting standards, and enable analysts across Safety, Operations, and Quality. You will drive the adoption of the Microsoft data platform, including PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric, as a central resource for decision-makers at all levels.
You will establish an Analytics Community of Practice, guide technical strategy, and evaluate emerging tools to advance data-informed decision-making across the EPC
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ten (10) or more years of data analytics experience within an EPC company.
- Demonstrated experience working across Safety, Operations, and Quality.
Responsibilities
- Set reporting and analytics standards enterprise-wide and enable departmental analysts to deliver high-quality analytics.
- Develop advanced solutions that support operational performance, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.
- Define enterprise dashboard/report design standards in PowerBI and Fabric; guide adoption across the organization.
